Business Office Manager

Rivercrest Place Assisted Living is seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support day-to-day office operations and help create a productive, welcoming workplace. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, service-minded, and comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with coordination across teams, vendors, and leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional environment.
  • Coordinate office supplies, inventory, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and general administrative needs for team members and leadership.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and office documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding logistics, visitor coordination, and workplace communications.
  • Help manage office budgets, invoices, and purchase requests as needed.
  • Serve as a point of contact for facility-related issues and routine maintenance requests.
  • Identify opportunities to improve office processes, efficiency, and employee experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in office administration, office coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort using common office software and productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Professional, collaborative approach with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to take initiative.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience payroll, accounts receivables and accounts payable.
  • Familiarity with workplace operations, facilities coordination, or HR support tasks.
  • Experience improving administrative processes or office systems.
