**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Ensure residents' comfort and safety by providing attentive and personalized care.
- Help residents maintain their independence while supporting their physical and emotional needs.
- Foster a nurturing and supportive environment by building positive relationships with residents and their families.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health and well-being to the healthcare team.
- Assist in serving meals, leading activities, and escorting residents to various locations within the facility.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and privacy regulations, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care activities and observations.
**Qualifications:**
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature with a strong commitment to resident care.
- Prior experience in a caregiving role or completion of a certified nursing assistant program is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work afternoon shifts and occasional weekends or holidays.
